These grids are created from the collages I made and are now the basis for the paintings. I spend a lot of time creating the collages and putting them together to become the grid.

i always have to sit a moment with your art and ask how it is that i can see you through it? and then it comes to me that i can, of course, even though i am not sure how it is that i can, but it is so fundamentally you, these pieces.
