Hugs and kisses
Woven together
I was told once
If you are a weaver
Who weaves the cloth
You will fill it with love
Will a love poem be like that
Will it be like a special treasure
Hidden in the clenched fist
You are the poet
Will you put love into everyday words

A love poem is to live your poem,
it's pain and bliss,
it's rain, relentless wind
and how streams relates to rivers.
I like the comparison of the weaver of cloth with the poet who weaves words.........I like putting love into everyday words....everyone needs as many loving words as they can get.
Live the love - the weaver metaphor works well here Annell - always good to read your work, which is always so fresh in its approach.
Brilliant. Yes, I think the best love poems have no words ... and they are for the lovers, alone.
I like the idea of a poet using ordinary words to create a love poem! is a good one. Beautiful messages can be crafted with ordinary words!

I love the challenge here.
Will give it some thought and I will write a love poem.
For now, I just want to be a love poem but I don't always succeed.
