Yellow Blossoms

Dandelions appear where none grew last year
Faces of yellow call out to the bees
Morph into puff balls
Blown in the wind

There is a plan here
Seeds ride the wind
Find new places to grow
Surprise everyone when they appear

Yellow blossoms show themselves
The sweet scent of early summer
I remember honeysuckle
….and you

This is absolutely stunning a poem, Annell!!❤️ I love the inclusion of " Seeds ride the wind/Find new places to grow," and how the scent of early summer makes one feel nostalgic and brings back memories. Thank you so much for writing to the prompt!❤️

Dandelions appear where none grew last year, all because of the seeds

I like this poem! There is a sense of determination in the line "There is a plan"
